BirthSkills is a Mind Body program based on HypnoBirthing principles that has been developed by Dr Shari Read. The primary aim of the BirthSkills program is to educate women (and their partners) on the natural process of childbirth, while at the same time addressing any fears surrounding birthing and parenting. BirthSkills has a strong focus on encouraging a positive belief in childbirth and parenting. BirthSkills aims to promote a healthy and comprehensive understanding of the birthing body, and methods in which to prepare and work with your natural ability to birth your baby.

Please note: A deposit of $100 must be received to confirm your BirthSkills private intensive booking, with the remainder of the course fee to be paid at the consultation. Full payment can also be made prior to the BirthSkills booked session (Direct banking deposit available, sorry no credit card facilities) Receipts issued only on request. Cancellation made up to 14 days prior to the course commencing will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellation less than 14 days notice will result in the loss of deposit. BirthSkills costs are non refundable, however, costs can be transferred to belly flower products or classes of equal or lesser value.
