All belly flower workshop and course numbers are limited in order to keep an educative, nurturing and personal approach.  All workshop and course participants are provided with follow-up email support and a comprehensive selection of reading material summarizing the various subjects covered within each respective workshop or course.

As a guide we will work through:

The journey of labor and birth (pre labor, early labor, established labor, birthing and the initial moments after birth)

bullet

How you as a loving couple can work through the labor and birth experience together with yoga based positioning, massage, relaxation, breathing

bullet

Understanding how natural methods of pain relief work, such as back massage and water

bullet

Developing your birth plan and discussing your wishes for birth

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note:

A deposit of $20 must be received to confirm your booking (workshops and courses), with the remainder of the course fee to be paid at the workshop or on the first day of the course. 

A deposit of $100 must be received to confirm your BirthSkills private intensive booking, with the remainder of the course fee to be paid at the consultation. 

Full payment can also be made prior to the workshop or course (Direct banking deposit available, sorry no credit card facilities)

Receipts issued only on request.

Cancellation made up to 14 days prior to the course commencing will receive a full deposit refund. 

Cancellation less than 14 days notice will result in the loss of deposit.
